In the past, Jade Architectural was regarded as one of the leading metal fabrication companies in the south-east, offering a wide range of diverse yet related services to an equally wide range of customers in the construction industries. On 10th February 2008, after an inter-company reshuffle, Jade Architectural was purchased by its Managing Director, Jon Sims, and is now trading as JAS Metals Limited.

 JAS Metals is simply continuing the work of Jade Architectural. Because of the high standard of work and service offered previously, customers have remained with JAS Metals and, indeed, increased their commitment. The original staff is still in place and, to cope with the extra work, new staff have now joined bringing the total workforce to seven. However, best of all, despite the gloomy economic predictions, is the extremely healthy order book, which has been established through its quality products and highly competitive pricing.

JAS Metals offers a variety of services including the fabrication of structural steelworks, balconies, spiral staircases and mezzanine floors together with gates and railings, and welding services using MIG, MMA and TIG, for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. 

The company ethos is all about providing the metal working solution to best suit individual customer needs; there will never be a culture of ‘one service suits all’. The business is based on innovative, fast and continuous development.
